Q.  What is an executive coach?
Part personal consultant, part sounding board, part evaluator, part cheerleader.  An executive coach provides an outside, independent view of issues you may be facing in your business or career.  Your coach provides a safe, supportive and confidential environment in which you can explore ways for being more personally effective in addressing your issues.

Q.  Who benefits from coaching?
Individuals who enter into the coaching process with an open mind and sincere commitment to improving themselves and their situation are the best candidates for coaching.  “Force-fed” coaching simply doesn’t work.

Q.  How much does it cost? 
Every engagement will vary.  Like consulting, fees are based on hourly rates, fixed priced packages, or retainer arrangements.  We are committed to delivering the highest possible value for the money invested in our services.

Q.  How do I get started? 
Contact us.  We would be delighted to discuss with you opportunities for us to work together.  An introductory consultation is always FREE.  

Q.  Is there a way for me to try it out before making a major commitment? 
Yes.  In order for you to get a better idea about the process and our coaches, after your introductory session, you might want to schedule a focused, one-session coaching experience or a pilot program. 

Q.  What is your confidentiality policy? 
All coaching engagements are strictly confidential between the coach and the client.  We encourage our clients to communicate their insights, goals, and plans with their supervisor or their human resources representative.  We coach our clients in how to do this appropriately and effectively.  Confidentiality expectations are carefully communicated and agreed at the beginning of each new engagement.
